We foster hope by empowering people to create thriving, sustainable communities
The Hulsebosch Hope Foundation (HHF) is a family foundation based in Chicago, Illinois, dedicated to funding mid-sized, growth-oriented 501(c)3 public charities that serve under-resourced communities, particularly on the city’s south and west sides. HHF supports organizations that develop effective and sustainable programs to promote children's physical well-being and education, improve mental health for all, and enhance economic stability for families.
Rooted in humble servitude, we invest in nonprofits that uplift children, families, and communities by expanding access to essential resources and life-changing opportunities. Our mission is to bridge gaps, lighten burdens, and drive lasting, positive change in Chicago.
As a family, we deepen our bonds through service, we strengthen our community through generosity, and we grow in our faith as we uplift others. In giving, we receive - and in uplifting others, we rise.
